These terms apply to your use of schonglass.com (the “site”), operated by SR ENTERPRISES, Near Suhag Nagar Sector 4, Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh 283203, India (“SR ENTERPRISES”, “we”, “us”), which sells under the brand Schön Glass. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Business customers only

The site and our offers are directed exclusively at businesses buying for commercial purposes, not at consumers. By sending an inquiry you confirm that you act on behalf of a business.

2. Information on this site

The products, finishes, capacities and other information on the site describe what we generally offer. They are for information only and are not a binding offer. Photographs show typical products; colours and finishes can vary with screens, batches and production methods. Exact specifications, prices and lead times are confirmed only in our written quotation.

3. Quotations, samples and orders

• Sending an inquiry does not create a contract.
• Every order is governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice or contract we issue for it, including the agreed price, payment terms, Incoterms, lead time and specifications. If anything on this site differs from those documents, the documents prevail.
• Our minimum order is 1,000 units per design unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Samples are produced for approval before bulk production. Approval of a sample confirms the shape, finish and decoration for the order.
• The buyer’s own general terms and conditions apply only if we accept them in writing.

4. Your designs and artwork

When you send us logos, artwork, drawings or other designs, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that producing them for you will not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use your designs only to quote for and produce your orders, keep them confidential, and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, the Schön Glass name and logo, and the design of this site belong to SR ENTERPRISES or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Customer brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or its forms to send spam, unlawful or misleading content, or malicious code, and do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.

7. Other websites

The site links to services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites; their own terms apply.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our liability for products is governed by the terms of the relevant quotation or contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site, to the extent permitted by law.
