Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. We have made glass and candles since 2004, in our own glass and candle factories.
What is your minimum order?
1,000 units per design. Larger programs scale to millions of pieces a year.
What do you need from us for a quotation?
The product, quantity, vessel, finish, lid, scent, branding, packaging and delivery details. Our custom orders page lists everything, and we help with anything you are unsure about. Custom Orders
Can I use one of your shapes, or do I need a new mold?
Either. Choose from more than 2,700 existing shapes for a faster start, or develop a mold for a shape that is only yours.
Do you send samples before production?
Yes. Shape, finish and decoration are sampled for your approval before bulk production starts.
Can you match our brand color?
Yes. Color spray and coatings are matched to Pantone references, in gloss or matte.
Do you make finished candles under our brand?
Yes. We pour, wick, fragrance, label and pack candles under your name, in our glass or in tins.
Which candle waxes can you pour?
Natural, mineral and blended waxes, chosen for your vessel, fragrance and market. Specialty waxes are available on request, subject to availability.
Do you make pillar and taper candles?
We pour container candles in-house. Pillars and tapers are sourced from trusted partner workshops and supplied with your order, so your whole range comes from one supplier.
Will our designs stay confidential?
Yes. Your designs and artwork are used only for your orders, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before sampling.

We have shipped to more than 65 countries and work on all major Incoterms.
